__ Bombing onto Nagaoka was conducted by 313th Bomb Wing in Tinian. In the same day, August 1, other wings in Tinian, Guam, and Saipan targeted Hachioji,Toyama, and Mito using incendiary bombs and Kawasaki using high explosive bombs.
