Herring Pickled in Vinegar

I just found it in a supermarket. And when I picked it up on my hand, I noticed that this was made by a company in a small town of Niigata Prefecture.

But it was very interesting, I don't say that it was shocking though, most of the ingrediants came from foreign countries. For example, Herring was came from Norway. And most of the vegitables came from China. Only carrot were domestic products of Japan.

You can see pieces of pickled herring and herring roe. Anyway it is very good when you drink.
